Online tests

Q. What will the online tests be like?

A. You will receive instructions from our testing partner, SHL. The online assessment is designed to help us understand how you will approach a number of scenarios that you may be faced with as an apprentice at United Utilities.

The tests don’t take long to complete and you don’t need to prepare in advance. Just relax and answer the questions honestly. The assessments can be completed on a wide range of devices including a mobile phone or tablet through to a laptop or desktop. We recommend that you should make sure you’re in a quiet room with no interruptions.
