For you to have confidence that we are operating in your interests, it is really important that we report in an open and transparent way about how we are performing. How we share our progress takes several forms. For example, each year we publish an Annual Report which provides both financial and non-financial information. Each July, we issue an Annual Performance Report which describes our progress against the commitments we make in our five yearly Business Plan to deliver customer service and environmental improvements across the North West.
On this page, we provide links to the different performance reports we produce, as well as access to the performance reports other organisations pull together about the performance of United Utilities and the water sector more widely.
This report describes progress on how we’re delivering our strategy and bringing together how we’ve performed financially with measures such as customer service
Annual Performance Report
Every five years, we commit to a plan to improve customer service and the environment. This report tells you about the progress we are making each year.
Performing on our Purpose
Our purpose is to provide great water and more for the North West. We report progress in meeting our commitments to act responsibly.
Gender Pay Report
This report looks at gender pay reporting, what our gap is and the steps we’re taking to ensure a more equal gender balance.
