Updated Service Connection Call-Off Requirements for SLPs
We’re pleased to confirm that the consultation period has now concluded, and the proposed changes will be implemented. Please find a document outlining the updated requirements for the new Service Connection Call-Off process.
Rollout Plan for Updated Trackers:
- When you next submit your existing tracker to selflay@uuplc.co.uk, we will update it and return a new version that includes SLP self-reporting Vyn links. Please save and use this updated tracker going forward.
- If you’d like the new tracker sooner, even if you're not due to submit one, please contact selflay@uuplc.co.uk and we’ll send it to you directly.
- If we haven’t heard from you by Friday 30th January 2026, we will proactively send your updated tracker via email. Please begin using this version from that point onward.
Please note, while the option to report all 25mm & 32mm connections via a Vyn Link is now available to you, it is not mandatory. However, you should still use the updated version of the tracker regardless of your chosen reporting method.
If you're new to Vyn reporting and would like guidance, we’ve attached an overview document with detailed instructions. If you’d like further assistance, we can arrange an on-site visit to walk you through the process.
If you have any queries or concerns at all, or if you’d like to arrange an on-site visit, please contact Selflay@uuplc.co.uk.
