Open consultation: Ofwat/Frontier Economics, The Balance of Charges for Developer Services

As a customer or stakeholder of United Utilities developer services and metering, we wanted to make you aware of an open consultation regarding the balance of charges for developer services. The report and consultation sets out the current and a proposed approach to how we charge for our services including changes to income offset, balance of charges and environmental incentives.

The consultation can be found here responded to by any stakeholder who may have comments on the report and proposals. Response should be sent directly to Ofwat at charging@ofwat.gov.uk and should be submitted by 8th June 2021.

We would be very pleased if the views and comments of Developers, Self-Lay Providers & NAVs operating on our area are submitted to Ofwat in response to the consultation.
