Customer consultation relating to easements for adoptable SuDS

We are undertaking a consultation seeking customer views relating to amendments to our local practice for easements for sewers that form part of another feature (SuDS), the amendments are summarised in section 3.5 of the local practice consultation document and the updated draft version of the SuDS deed of grant (Appendix 3) is also attached.

The questions we are asking for you to respond to are in section 2 of the consultation document.

The consultation will run until 9th December 2022. We will then collate feedback and publish the outcome in January 2023.
